Portal Tickets and Super Pass FAQ
Super Pass: A pass that grants access to the park Mon-Thur for 2 hours of play per day, excluding holidays and private events. It offers major perks, such as discounted parties, food court items, merch, and more.
Super Pass Plus: A pass that includes all perks from the Super Pass, as well as 2 hours of play every day with no blackout dates, or holiday restrictions (except private events) The Super Pass Plus offers you 13+ more days in a month to visit Superplay.
- 0-11 months: Free entry with paid pass.
- 12-23 months: $14 (Mon-Thurs) / $16 (Fri-Sun)
- 2-12 years: $18 (Mon-Thurs) / $22 (Fri-Sun)
- Socks: $4 for kids and adults if needed.
- Adults/Observer: Free.
- 0-11 months: Free entry with paid pass.
- Grip Socks: 1 pair included.
- Adult/Observer: Free.
- 10% Discount: On parties and food court purchases.
- Valid: Mon-Thurs, holiday restrictions.
- Monthly Fee: $30 per month.

- Valid: Every day, no restrictions (except private events and when Superplay is closed).
- Monthly Fee: $40 per month.
Yes! Both the Super Pass and Super Pass Plus can be paused or cancelled at any time.
Pausing your Super Pass
- You can schedule to pause your Super Pass until any date after your current billing cycle ends, up to 3 months in advance
- Once you set a pause date, you'll continue to have full park access until your current billing cycle ends
- After your billing cycle ends, you will not be billed until the day you selected as your pause date. On that day, your account will become active again and you will be billed as the start of a new billing cycle
- After cancelling, you'll retain full park access until the end of your current billing cycle
- Your Super Pass account will then be cancelled and you will not be billed
- To avoid your next billing charge, submit your request at least 24 hours before your next billing date
No refunds will be issued for any pass holder charges.
- You must submit your pause or cancellation request through the Superplay website. At the bottom of the page, click on the “Manager your Pass” button, which will allow you to create an account
- Create an account for the customer portal using the same email address you used to sign up for your Super Pass
- Log into the customer portal to schedule your pause or cancellation
- After pausing or cancelling, you will still have access to Superplay until the end of your current billing cycle
We are in development of a new customer portal and have released a beta version for you to manage your Super Pass online.
To access the customer portal:
- Visit the Superplay website and click "Manage your Pass" at the bottom of the page
- Create an account using the same email address you used for your Super Pass signup
- Log in to access your account dashboard
What you can do on the customer portal:
- Pause or cancel your pass with flexible scheduling options
- Update your payment method
- View and download all your receipts and billing history
- View your upcoming Super Pass gifts
Because the customer portal is currently in beta release, please let us know if you notice any bugs or areas that need attention by using the "Report an Issue" button at the top of the portal. If you're unable to access the portal, please use the "Contact Us" button to send us a message directly.
