General Info

Our park has been designed for kids, with adult comfort in mind.  Kids over the age of 12 are not permitted to actively play but are welcome to still visit Superplay. Age 12+ are welcome to help one of our little friends on the attractions. Ideal for kids 10 and under.
Adults at Superplay are defined as anyone 13 years or older. They may enter Superplay for free but are not allowed to actively play.
Yes. If an adult wishes to step onto any attraction, they must purchase grip socks. The turf flooring is not considered an attraction, so no need for grip socks if you are simply walking around.
Mon–Sat: 9am–8pm
Sun: 10am–6pm
Yes. You are welcome to walk in without an appointment anytime, 7 days a week.
No, we only accept cashless payments.

Super Parties

Superplay facilitates memorable experiences that your kid will never forget. It’s the ultimate spot for imagination, creative play, and capturing moments.

Yes, absolutely. If you need to change the number of friends on the day of your party, it’s not a problem.
Super Play makes canceling a Super Party easy. There is a 72-hour grace period for a full refund of your deposit. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but don’t worry, you can always reschedule!
At Superplay there are 4 colorful rooms (pods) that have been designed for both functionality and ultimate comfort. They provide an optimal environment for privacy as well as Super Team interaction.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled party time to facilitate check-in, ensure friend waivers are signed and prepared for transport.
You will have a 120-minute party experience, which includes access to a party pod. Your party host will take care of storing all your belongings and ensure they are organized and ready upon arrival from your in park experience.
Super Team party hosts make your celebration a dream! They’ll set up the party pod, decorate, assist with cake and food service, provide your sparkler candle, and clean up afterward.
Yep! Superplay has you covered with plates, napkins, cups, and utensils for all party guests.
Pizza and drinks are an optional party add-on, and can be purchased along with mini-melts and other items as desired. Please call 48 hours in advance to adjust your food order.
Cake or cupcakes may be brought to a Super Party, however, outside pizza or any other food and drinks are not permitted.
Everyone who enters the terminal in Superplay must sign a waiver! Both observers and pass holders. It’s quick and easy to do online ahead of time, but you can also take care of it when you arrive. If you're under 18, an adult or guardian will need to sign for you.
Yes, you can! A Super Duper Upgrade can be purchased to ensure you have plenty of time within the park.
Yes, there is a 10% discount that will be applied to your cart at checkout.
Superplay offers .pdf invites that can be found on the website, and are sent as an attachment to your booking confirmation.
Not a problem. Superplay makes it twice as fun, and does not charge an additional fee.

Portal Tickets and Super Pass FAQ

Portal Tickets: 2 hours of play for one specific visit.
Super Pass: A pass that grants access to the park Mon-Thur for 2 hours of play per day, excluding holidays and private events. It offers major perks, such as discounted parties, food court items, merch, and more.
Super Pass Plus: A pass that includes all perks from the Super Pass, as well as 2 hours of play every day with no blackout dates, or holiday restrictions (except private events) The Super Pass Plus offers you 13+ more days in a month to visit Superplay.
Includes 2 hours of play
  • 0-11 months: Free entry with paid pass.
  • 12-23 months: $14 (Mon-Thurs) / $16 (Fri-Sun)
  • 2-12 years: $18 (Mon-Thurs) / $21 (Fri-Sun)
  • Socks: $4 for kids and adults if needed.
  • Adults/Observer: Free.
Includes 2 hours of play

You may sign up online or in the park terminal. Simply use the Super Pass link to begin, and decide if you'd like to be a Super Pass Plus Holder.
Yes! Both the Super Pass and Super Pass Plus can be paused or cancelled at any time. You can enjoy full park access while your pass remains active. Once you cancel or pause your Super Pass, your park access will be immediately disabled. You must submit your request to pause or cancel your pass on the Superplay website. At the bottom you will find a button: Manage your Pass. *Please note that to avoid your next billing charge, all pause/cancel request must be submitted 24 hours prior to your next billing day*
  • All adults and observers are free.
  • Every additional kid is only $20 per month.
There is a slight price increase on weekends to account for ticket demand.
For Super Pass Holders, each additional kid after the first is $20 per month.

Yes, you are allowed. For safety purposes, grip socks must always be worn in the play area. Grip socks may be purchased for adults.
